SIGEP 2006

The Italy America Chamber of Commerce of Texas and the Rimini Fiera-Italy are promoting SIGEP 21-25 January 2006, Rimini, Italy.

It’ s the 27th International Exhibition for the Artisan Production of Gelato, Pastry, Confectionery and Bakery which will be held at Rimini’s Expo Centre.

SIGEP 2006 is acknowledge as the world’s most important expo in the artisan Gelato sector, a primary showcase for artisan confectionery, and in the artisan bakery field.

THE AIM is to show professional Gelato makers the best and most professional aspects of Gelato, to learn more about it and to have the chance to find out about new processing techniques. Conferences, contests and technical demonstrations are part of SIGEP, representing a communication channel between exhibitors and artisans, trade members, the media and opinion leaders in the industry.
The 2005 edition of SIGEP counted a hundred thousand professional visitors and over 800 exhibitors.
